Non-stick Cooking Spray Alert- PAM now contains coconut!

Nooooo!!!  PAM, you have failed us.  WHY did you add coconut to your original pan spray?  It's NOT original pan spray anymore.  The original didn't have coconut in it.

Beware, everyone.  Always read labels, even of things you have used for years and years!

Aargh.  That was a close call.  I'll be sticking with the store brands for now.

Hey I thank you for all your posts . This has nothing to do with the spray, but I'm in search of a Good Coconut free laundry soap that I can use for my cloth diapers n clothes . My son is allergic to multiple food and coconut is one of them and I'm trying to find a good laundry soap.

Thank you for sharing such an informative post. I never know how to explore the originality of this product. You have made this easier by describing that when there is coconut in the PAM spray, it can't be original.

Hi, so nice to know I'm not alone in being intolerant of coconut. My reactions, which are not predictable, range from an upset stomach to eczema and a severe cough that can last for weeks. As an added bonus, I'm allergic to dairy. Guess what ingredient has lately become all the rage amongst the dairy free producers? I've had to change my eating habits all over again. Also coconut is not considered a allergen requiring food labelling in Australia so I have to be careful of foods with palm oil. I got caught out by Mentos sweets a while back. I was at a conference that had bowls of mentos on the tables and of course I ate a lot more than I would have normally. I couldn't work out why I got so sick until I thought to double check all the ingredients of what I'd eaten.
